بررسی پویایی جامعه میکروبی خاک در سنین مختلف تاغ‌کاری در اکوسیستم‌های خشک بیرجند، شرق ایران

چکیده
این مطالعه تأثیر سن تاغ‌کاری بر ویژگی‌های فیزیکی، شیمیایی و میکروبی خاک در اکوسیستم‌های خشک شهرستان بیرجند، استان خراسان جنوبی را بررسی کرد. نمونه‌برداری خاک در سه سایت با سنین ۳۴ و ۲۶ سال و یک سایت بدون تاغ‌کاری انجام شد. ویژگی‌های فیزیکوشیمیایی شامل کربن آلی خاک، نیتروژن کل، فسفر و پتاسیم در دسترس، pH، EC، کربنات کلسیم، نسبت جذب سدیم، چگالی ظاهری و تخلخل اندازه‌گیری شد. همچنین فعالیت میکروبی، زیست‌توده کربن و نیتروژن میکروبی، تنفس پایه و برانگیخته و فعالیت آنزیم کاتالاز ارزیابی گردید. نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش سن تاغ‌کاری،SOC  و TN به‌طور معنی‌داری افزایش یافته و چگالی ظاهری کاهش و تخلخل افزایش یافته است، که نشان‌دهنده بهبود ساختار، نفوذپذیری و تهویه خاک و ارتقای فعالیت میکروبی است. فعالیت آنزیمی، زیست‌توده میکروبی و جمعیت میکروارگانیسم‌ها نیز در سایت‌های قدیمی‌تر به‌طور چشمگیری افزایش یافت و نسبت C/N و سهم میکروبی تغییر معنی‌داری نداشت، که بیانگر حفظ تعادل عملکردی جامعه میکروبی است. همبستگی مثبت SOC و TN با شاخص‌های میکروبی و همبستگی منفی C/N، چگالی ظاهری و کربنات کلسیم اهمیت ویژگی‌های فیزیکی و شیمیایی در تعیین سلامت خاک را نشان داد. این نتایج نشان می‌دهند که تاغ‌کاری بلندمدت موجب ارتقای کیفیت خاک، افزایش فعالیت میکروبی و ظرفیت اکولوژیکی اکوسیستم‌های بیابانی شده و پایه‌ای مستحکم برای مدیریت پایدار خاک و احیای اراضی خشک فراهم می‌آورد.
