ارزیابی اثر تغییرات کاربری اراضی بر موفولوژی رودخانه و پیامدهای آن بر تشدید خطر سیلاب (مطالعه موردی: رودخانه قره سو، اردبیل)

چکیده
این پژوهش به بررسی تاثیر تغییرات کاربری اراضی بر مورفولوژی مجرای رودخانه قره ­سو و پیامدهای ناشی از آن می پردازد. استخراج نقشه کاربری اراضی بر اساس تصاویر ماهواره­ای Landsat (2005) و Sentinel-2 (2024) صورت گرفته است. در ادامه تاثیر این تغییرات بر عرض رودخانه، مساحت بستر رودخانه و نیز جابجایی خط مرکزی رودخانه مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که در طی 19 سال اخیر وسعت کاربری کشاورزی در محدوده دشت سیلابی رودخانه (برای مثال بازه اول 116 هکتار، بازه دوم 252 هکتار و بازه سوم 203 هکتار) افزایش داشته است که این موضوع نشان دهنده پیش­روی فعالیت­های کشاورزی به بخش­های حریم و حتی بستر فعال رودخانه قره­سو بوده است. همچنین نتایج بررسی تغییرات عرض رودخانه قره‌سو در 38 مقطع عرضی انتخابی در طول مسیر رودخانه، کاهش عرض رودخانه در طی 19 سال اخیر را به‌طور واضح نمایان ساخت. اندازه‌گیری‌های انجام‌شده بر روی این 38 مقطع عرضی نشان داد که بیشترین فراوانی عرض رودخانه قره‌سو در سال 2005 نزدیک 13 متر و همچنین بیشترین فراوانی عرض رودخانه در سال 2024 نزدیک 4 متر بوده است. براین اساس این تغییرات بیانگر وقوع تنگ‌شدگی شدید در بستر رودخانه بوده که پیامد آن، کاهش ظرفیت عبور جریان‌های سطحی است. در نتیجه، احتمال بروز سیلاب‌های مخرب و افزایش آسیب‌پذیری اراضی کشاورزی حاشیه رودخانه در آینده به‌طور قابل توجهی افزایش خواهد یافت. از این رو لزوم توجه به تغییرات کاربری اراضی در دشت سیلابی رودخانه قره سو و تدوین برنامه‌ای جامع برای مدیریت مداخلات انسانی در محدوده حریم و بستر این رودخانه، می‌بایست در زمره اولویت‌های اصلی نهادهای ذی‌ربط قرار گیرد.
