ارزیابی خدمت اکوسیستمی کاهش خطر سیلاب شهری (UFRM) با رویکرد دوره کوتاه مدت (2 ساله)، مطالعه موردی: کلان شهر تبریز

چکیده
وقوع سیلاب شهری می‌تواند باعث به زیر آب رفتن و از بین رفتن زیرساخت‌های شهری، تلفات جانی و مالی شدید و خسارات گستردۀ اقتصادی و اجتماعی ناشی از آن شود. در این بین زیرساخت‌های آبی و سبز شهری نقش مؤثری در کاهش ریسک سیلاب شهری ایفاء می‌کنند. از این رو هدف این پژوهش ارزیابی نقش خدمت اکوسیستمی کاهش ریسک سیلاب شهری کلان‌شهر تبریز با دورۀ بازگشت 2 ساله می‌باشد. در این پژوهش با استفاده از داده‌های تصاویر ماهواره‌ای لندست، کاربری اراضی/ پوشش اراضی، هواشناسی، جدول بیوفیزیکی، GIS و نرم افزار InVEST به ارزیابی خدمت اکوسیستمی کاهش ریسک سیلاب شهری تبریز پرداخته شده است. یافته‌ها نشان داد که در سال 1363 با دورۀ بازگشت 2 ساله و در طی بارندگی 15 دقیقه‌ای، حجم آب جذب و نگهداشته شده و میزان منفعت خدمت اکوسیستمی کاهش ریسک سیلاب شهری به ترتیب 4.28 میلیون متر مکعب، 10.87 میلیون دلار، با بارندگی 30 دقیقه‌ای 3.17 میلیون متر مکعب و 8.04 میلیون دلار و با بارندگی 45 دقیقه‌ای 2.58 میلیون متر مکعب و 6.56 میلیون دلار، در سال 1381 با بارندگی 15 دقیقه‌ای 4.37 میلیون متر مکعب و 2.01 میلیون دلار، با بارندگی 30 دقیقه‌ای 3.21 میلیون متر مکعب 14.71 میلیون دلار و با بارندگی 45 دقیقه‌ای 2.60 میلیون متر مکعب و 11.94 میلیون دلار و در سال 1401 با بارندگی 15 دقیقه‌ای 4.65 میلیون متر مکعب و 33.25 میلیون دلار، با بارندگی 30 دقیقه‌ای 6.15 میلیون متر مکعب و 43.96 میلیون دلار و با بارندگی 45 دقیقه‌ای، 5.20 میلیون متر مکعب و 14/37 میلیون دلار برای تبریز بوده است. نتایج نشان داد که در کلان شهر تبریز به دلیل ناچیز بودن زیرساخت‌های سبز، این کاربری‌ها نقش چندانی در کاهش ریسک سیلاب شهری نداشته‌اند. در پتانسیل جذب و نگهداشت رواناب تبریز، کاربری اراضی/ پوشش اراضی در مقایسه با گروه هیدرولوژیکی خاک نقش بیشتری را داشته است. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که نقش خدمت اکوسیستمی کاهش ریسک سیلاب شهری تبریز نسبتاً چشمگیر بوده است.
