بررسی تغییرات خطر آتش‌سوزی و عوامل مؤثر بر آن با استفاده از مدل حداکثر بی نظمی، مطالعه موردی: جنگل ها و مراتع استان آذربایجان شرقی

چکیده

آتش سوزی در عرصه های طبیعی نه‌فقط از دیدگاه محیط زیست، بلکه از ‌نظر اقتصادی، اجتماعی و امنیتی ازجمله اصلی ترین نگرانی ها و چالش های موجود در بسیاری از نقاط جهان است. ازجمله معضلات پیش روی مدیریت جنگل ها و مراتع استان آذربایجان شرقی، آتش‌سوزی هایی است که سالانه خسارات زیست‌محیطی و مالی زیادی را به استان وارد می کند؛ ازاین‌رو بررسی و تحلیل تغییرات وضعیت منطقه از نظر خطر آتش‌سوزی و همچنین پارامترهای مؤثر بر آن در زمینه رویکرد‌های مدیریتی و کنترلی بحران آتش‌سوزی بسیار کاربردی خواهد بود. فرآیند پژوهش حاضر در سه بخش به انجام رسیده است؛ نخست با مطالعه مبانی نظری موضوع، 12 پارامتر (تراکم مراکز سکونتی، فاصله از مراکز سکونتی، تراکم شبکه ارتباطی، فاصله از شبکه ارتباطی، ارتفاع، شیب، جهت شیب، حداکثر دمای ماهانه، حداقل دمای ماهانه، میانگین دمای ماهانه، بارندگی سالیانه و پوشش گیاهی) به‌عنوان عوامل مؤثر در تحلیل خطر آتش‌سوزی در جنگل ها و مراتع شناسایی و با استفاده از منابع اطلاعاتی موجود و تکنیک های مختلف و متناسب مبتنی بر سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی و سنجش از دور، نقشه های مربوط به معیارهای موردنظر تولید گردیده است. در ادامه با استفاده از داده های مربوط به آتش‌سوزی های صورت گرفته و عوامل زیست‌محیطی- انسانی ایجادشده، در بستر مدل حداکثر بی‌نظمی به مدل‌سازی خطر آتش‌سوزی در جنگل‌ها و مراتع استان آذربایجان شرقی در سه دوره زمانی (1386-1388، 1389-1391 و 1392-1394) پرداخته شد. نتایج حاصل از ارزیابی مدل با استفاده از تکنیک مساحت سطح زیر منحنی ویژگی عامل دریافت‌کننده، حاکی از کارایی بسیار بالا و مناسب مدل های اجراشده (91/0، 82/0 و 83/0) می-باشد. در مرحله پایانی پژوهش، بر اساس نتایج حاصل بیشترین میزان تغییرات مربوط به کاهش مساحت پهنه های با خطر بسیار کم و افزایش مساحت اراضی واقع در پهنه های با خطر متوسط و بسیار پرخطر است. همچنین بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر وقوع آتش‌سوزی نشان‌دهنده تغییرات گسترده در تأثیرگذاری این عوامل و افزایش نقش عوامل انسانی در طی دوره مورد بررسی می باشد؛ به صورتی که در دوره سوم عوامل تراکم مراکز سکونتی و فاصله از شبکه ارتباطی بیشترین تأثیر را بر وقوع آتش‌سوزی ها داشته اند.
