پیش‌بینی خطرپذیری شهر خاش ناشی از مخاطره‌ی طوفان‌ به روش گامبل و سری‌های جزئی

چکیده
این مقاله با هدف پیش‌بینی خطرپذیری ناشی از بحرانِ طوفان جهت ضرورت توجه به مدیریت بحران شهر خاش انجام شده است. با در نظر داشتن سرعت آستانه­ ای طوفان به مقدار 15 متر بر ثانیه، گل طوفان­ های ماهانه، فصلی و سالانه شهر خاش با نرم‌افزار WRPLOT 8.0.2 ترسیم گردید. به روش گامبل و سری­ های جزئی به پیش ­بینی دوره­ های بازگشت طوفان 1 تا 100 ساله برای بازه زمانی ماهانه، فصلی و سالانه بر مبنای آخرین داده­ های ثبت شده (از سال 1365 تا 1397) پرداخته شد. نتایج تحلیلی با دو مدل فوق، نشان داد دوره ­های بازگشت طوفان به روش سری­ های جزئی با شدت بیشتر و به روش گامبل، با شدت کمتر پیش ­بینی شده است، در دوره بازگشت 100 ساله شدیدترین طوفان­ های ماهانه خاش به روش گامبل با شدت­ های 29 و 1/29 متر بر ثانیه بوده است؛ اما در روش سری­ های جزئی شدیدترین طوفان ­های ماهانه برای دوره بازگشت 100 ساله با شدت ­های 2/32، 7/31 و 4/30 متر بر ثانیه است. روش سری ­های جزئی به سبب پیش ­بینی­ های حد بالاتر، که در ایمنی سازه­ ها و کاهش خسارات جانی و مالی اهمیت دارد، روش مناسب ­تری نسبت به توزیع گامبل برای پیش­ بینی طوفان­ های خاش و برنامه­ ریزی جهت مدیریت بهینۀ بحران به نظر می ­رسد.
