بازتاب همه‌گیری کرونا بر افزایش نابرابری‌های اقتصادی و اجتماعی در جوامع شهری (نمونه مطالعه: شهر شیراز)

چکیده

شاید بتوان گفت همه­گیری کرونا یکی از اصلی­ترین مخاطرات دهه­های اخیر بوده است که در گستره­ای جهانی، جوامع را با چالش­های جدی اقتصادی و اجتماعی مواجه نمود. از همین رو، تحلیل بازتاب این همه­گیری بر افزایش نابرابری­های اقتصادی و اجتماعی به‌عنوان زیربنای تدوین پژوهش حاضر موردتوجه قرار گرفت. این پژوهش به روش توصیفی - تحلیلی و مبتنی بر مطالعات اسنادی و پیمایش میدانی انجام پذیرفته است. با بررسی پژوهش­های پیشین، 24 متغیر اقتصادی و اجتماعی شهری که با همه­گیری بیماری کرونا تحت تأثیر قرار گرفته­اند شناسایی شده و در دو محله با ساختار اقتصادی و اجتماعی متفاوت در شهر شیراز موردبررسی قرار گرفته­اند. ازاین­رو تعداد 100 پرسشنامه (بیش از 4 برابر تعداد متغیرها) در هر یک از محلات توزیع شده است. در ادامه داده­های حاصل از پرسشنامه­ها در نرم­افزار SPSS وارد شده و به کمک مدل تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی موردسنجش قرار گرفته­اند. یافته ­ها نشان می­دهد پیامدهای منفی همه­گیری کرونا بر جوامع شهری به ترتیب در 5 عامل «بنیه اقتصادی خانوار»، «حمایت دولتی»، «سلامت جسمی و روانی»، «هزینه خانوار» و «تعاملات اجتماعی» خود را نشان داده است. بازتاب این پیامدها در محلات فقیر بیش از محلات مرفه است؛ به­طوری­که به‌ویژه در متغیرهای «تهیه وسایل آموزش مجازی»، «مصرف خوراکی و مواد غذایی»، «تأمین کالاهای اساسی»، «ناامنی، جرم و جنایت»، «مصرف پوشاک» و «اشتغال و کسب‌وکار» موجب نابرابری­هایی شدید می­شود. از همین رو در پایان با بهره­گیری از مدل تحلیل رگرسیون چندمتغیره خطی، عوامل دارای اولویت برای کاربست در سیاست­ها و برنامه­های مسئولین دولتی و مدیران شهری مشخص شده­اند.
