پیش‌بینی تغییرات کاربری اراضی با استفاده از روش‌های پردازش شیءگرا و زنجیره مارکوف

چکیده

کاهش سطح تراز آبی دریاچه ارومیه و اثرات آن بر محیط پیرامون دریاچه از موضوعات و چالش‌های مهم ملی و بین‌المللی در دو دهه اخیر بوده است. بر اساس مطالعات صورت گرفته یکی از مهم‌ترین عامل اثرگذار بر این روند تغییرات اراضی، به‌ویژه کشاورزی بوده است. بر همین اساس هدف تحقیق حاضر بررسی وضع فعلی و پیش‌بینی وضعیت آتی کاربری اراضی حوزه آبخیز گدارچای واقع در استان آذربایجان غربی یکی از زیر حوضه‌های مهم حوضه آبریز دریاچه ارومیه است. به همین منظور ابتدا تصاویر ماهواره‌ای سنتینل-۲ برای سال‌های میلادی ۲۰۱۶،2020 و ۲۰۲۲ از سایت کپرنیک اتحادیه اروپا دریافت گردید. سپس روش‌های پیش‌پردازش در محیط نرم‌افزارهای مختلف اعمال و تصاویر مربوطه به محیط نرم‌افزار eCognition ارسال شد. در این محیط با استفاده از روش‌های مختلف دانش پایه و شی‌گرا (به‌ویژه سگمنت سازی و تولید لایه‌های ضرایب مختلف) روش طبقه‌بندی نزدیک‌ترین همسایگی اجرا و نقشه‌های کاربری اراضی تولید شد. درنهایت از مدل زنجیره مارکوف به‌منظور پیش‌بینی تغییرات کاربری اراضی در سال‌های آتی استفاده گردید. برای بررسی صحت مدل CA مارکوف، ابتدا نقشه تغییرات پیش‌بینی شده سال 2022 با نقشه طبقه‌بندی 2022 صحت‌سنجی شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که با کاربرد روش‌های دانش پایه به‌ویژه طبقـه‌بنـدی نزدیک‌ترین همسـایگی امکان تولید نقشه‌های کاربری اراضی با دقت بالا (ضریب کاپا ۹۰ درصد) امکان‌پذیر است. ضمناً با اعمال مدل مارکوف نقشه‌های تغییرات کاربری اراضی با دقت قابل‌قبول (در حد ۸۰ درصد) امکان‌پذیر است. نتایج نهایی مبین این واقعیت است که تا سال ۲۰۲۸ میلادی کاربری اراضی کشاورزی (۱۳.۸۹) کشت دیم (14/1) محدوده‌های مسکونی (33/0) و عرصه‌های نمکی دریاچه ارومیه حدود (26) درصد افزایش خواهد داشت. یادآور می‌گردد کلاس کاربری خاک در حد (26/10) و مراتع به میزان (35/5) درصد کاهش خواهند داشت. درمجموع مدل‌های نهایی مبین دقت بالایی روش‌های دانش‌پایه و شیء‌گرا و کارایی مناسب مدل مارکوف در روند مطالعه تغییرات کاربری اراضی هستند.
