مطالعه تأثیر توانمندسازی زنان روستایی در دست‌یابی به توسعه پایدار و حفاظت محیط‌زیست (یک مطالعه سنتزپژوهی)

چکیده

زنان از گروه‌های مهم اجتماعی به شمار می‌روند که در مطالعات نظری و عملی «پایداری» همواره بر آنان تمرکز می‌شود. بنابراین، مطالعه حاضر با رویکرد کیفی و روش سنتزپژوهی تأثیر توانمندسازی زنان روستایی در دست‌یابی به توسعه پایدار و حفاظت محیط‌ زیست را بررسی کرد. در این مطالعه پس از جست‌وجو، غربالگری ادبیات تخصصی و گزینش چند مرحله‌ای اسناد علمی معتبر، کدگذاری باز، بسته و محوری یافته‌ها صورت گرفت. نتایج نشان داد زمینه‌ها و عوامل اثرگذار/اثرپذیر بر/از توانمندسازی زنان روستایی عبارتند از «عوامل بنیادین، نهادی-سازمانی و ساختاری»، «نابرابری‌های نهادینه شده تاریخی»، «زمینه‌های ناعادلانه‌ی تبعیض‌های جنسی-جنسیتی» و «بسترهای تحول‌آفرین». چالش‌ها و موانع توانمندسازی زنان روستایی عبارتند از «چالش‌ها و موانع روانشناختی»، «چالش‌ها و موانع آموزشی»، «نداشتن مشارکت جامعه»، «چالش‌ها و موانع اقتصادی»، «محدودیت‌های قانونی»، «محدودیت‌های اجتماعی-فرهنگی» و «محدودیت‌های جنسیت‌بنیان کارآفرینی». راهکارهای توانمندسازی زنان روستایی عبارتند از «پررنگ‌سازی نقش زنان در فرآیند توسعه پایدار روستایی»، «افزایش دسترسی به زیست‌بوم خلاقیت، نوآوری و تکنولوژی‌های نوین»، «برخورد همگن با مسائل زنان»، «راهکارهای سیاستی برای توانمندسازی زنان» و «الگوسازی و ارائه الگوهای مناسب». هم‌چنین اثرات و فواید توانمندسازی زنان روستایی عبارتند از «تثبیت مالکیت، قدرت و زمینه‌های نقش‌آفرینی زنان»، «حفاظت پایدار محیط‌زیست با نقش‌آفرینی زنان» و «رشد پایدار اقتصادی و توسعه اجتماعی با نقش‌آفرینی زنان». نتیجه آن که مسیر توسعه پایدار و حفاظت محیط‌زیست می‌تواند از آموزش زنان روستایی و افزایش توانمندی‌های آنان آغاز شود زیرا چرخه‌ای به‌ترتیب میان آموزش محیط‌زیست، توانمندسازی زنان روستایی، میزان مشارکت فعال آنان و دستیابی به حفاظت محیط‌زیست برقرار است.
